Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Haulseum. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by these terms.
1. Use of the App
Haulseum is a personal collectables tracker. You may use it to track stickers, trading cards, and other collectables from supported albums and sets. You agree not to misuse the app or attempt to access it in any unauthorised way.
2. Accounts and Sync
Creating an account is optional. If you sign in, your collection data is synced to our servers so it can be restored across devices. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that abuse the service.
3. Collection Requests
You may submit requests for new collections to be added to the app. Submitted requests become the property of the app and we make no commitment to add any requested collection. Please do not include personal or sensitive information in request notes beyond what is necessary.
4. Intellectual Property
All collection data, imagery, and album content is the property of their respective publishers (e.g. Panini, Topps). Haulseum makes no claim of ownership over third-party intellectual property. If you believe your rights have been infringed, please contact us at support@haulseum.com.
5. Disclaimers
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be available at all times, error-free, or that collection data will be complete or accurate.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of data.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
